Notable Changes From the Previous Year
The Jeep Cherokee has had its trim options cut from seven to two, with rumours circulating that the following line of SUVs will be battery-powered. The model comes with a few changes for the new year, seeing both trims receive adaptive cruise control as standard, along with several other safety and assistance features. The Trailhawk trim receives Nappa leather-trimmed seats and 17-inch black-painted aluminum wheels as new standards.

Infotainment and Technology Features
Both models come with a Uconnect® 4C NAV-enabled 8.4-inch touchscreen as the infotainment system. This system offers various features, which include voice and wireless technology. For sound, you have six speakers with an Alpine Premium Audio System available. The multimedia centre is enabled with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
Other technology includes a 7.0-inch in‑cluster full-colour customizable display. This system helps you stay focused on the road while watching your gauges.
Exterior Design
The exterior design for the Altitude features 18-inch Gloss Black aluminum wheels, boldly drawing attention as you drive. A Power liftgate aids you on the outside, helping to load and unload cargo quickly. A sunroof is available in an additional package for both trim levels.

Leather-faced seating is standard on both trims, with options available for higher trims. Rear seats are a 60/40 split, offering plenty of adaptability when hauling cargo around. Additionally, cargo compartment lighting makes it easier to retrieve your items during the night.
The front seating and the steering wheel for the SUV are heated, with ventilation available as an addon and standard for the Trailhawk.
